ELLIE LINES BAZAAR

Every designer dreams of one day having their own store. Being well aware that retail is not very straightforward in this fast-paced, internet-driven world, well before Covid-19 had begun to spread, I wanted to curate a store that combined my designs with that of other designers and pieces I loved. A store that championed British design, combining fashion, lifestyle and wellbeing. The concept was initially to run as a two-week pop-up in London, opening in March. We would then look to take the store to different locations and perhaps even other towns and cities throughout the Summer. We opened our doors on 11th March, on the Kings Road, Chelsea. Painted in the dreamiest, palest of pinks. We filled it with a wonderful eclectic mix of colour, print and the most divine scents. Sadly, as like so many other businesses we took the decision to close early. That was quickly followed by a country lockdown.

I could not have made the Bazaar possible without all the love and support of family, friends and the designers who took part. My vision was to make the store feel like walking into someone’s home and I am proud to have achieved that. I have been very slow to write, but here is a little thank you and some information about each designer. Right now, more than ever, we need to pull together to support small business. These are people I truly love and think they are worth checking out, so please do.

We are slowly developing the Bazaar on our online store so stay tuned to see the new arrivals. Wishing you are all safe and well.
