It’s that time of year where we begin to start zipping up our boots and going back to our roots! Here we share some of our much loved faithfuls alongside some of the new kids on the block to keep you looking good and walking that walk without having to do the talk. These pieces are all designed to last, allowing you to stomp through the years to come in style.

Paris Texas

Paris Texas is an Italian shoe brand whose essence is based on a concept of contrasts which breathes through every aspect, just as the name suggests. Inspiration springs from modern women from all around the world whilst the designs are Italian, where they are uniquely made. It is so hard to pick a favourite as I literally love them all! I love the way they fuse eccentric glamour of the Wild West with the sophistication of Paris. These Snakeskin-Print ankle boots you know you could rock a look with every day of the week.

Stuart Weitzman

Stuart Weitzman boots are meticulously engineered for a sleek silhouette and a flawless fit. The iconic 5050 Booties are an instantly recognisable style staple. I have an ever-faithful black leather pair I have worn for years and they still look great. I have my eye on these 5050 Pearls. I love the feminine touch of the delicate detailing around the sole of the boot.

Church’s

With every shoe handmade in its historic Northampton factory, Church’s stay close to their traditional English roots. The Ketsby Met is a refined boot that balances its sleek aesthetic with a tough attitude. Shiny silver-tone metal studs give the classic brogue a cool, rebellious streak. Use them to offset feminine looks with a structured, fashion-forward finish.

Grenson

Dating its deep sartorial roots back to 1866, Grenson is a premium British footwear label that has been perfecting the craft of expert shoe making for more than 140 years. The brand’s iconic Nanette boots are a best-seller for good reason. Inspired by old-school hiking styles, they not only look great, but feel great with amazingly comfortable, thick commando soles.

Penelope Chilvers

Penelope Chilvers’ ethos has always been to design boots to get out there and do great things in. Learning from master craftsmen over the years continues to inspire their designs. Their boots are made to last, fusing fashion with function and kicking up some dust along the way! I particularly love the Carmona Leather Tassel boot. It is inspired by their classic Tassel boots and made in the same luxurious vegetable dye leather. Designed with authentic handcrafted details from their Spanish equestrian heritage. It is a true classic that will never date.

Terry de Havilland

I have been a super fan of Terry de Havilland for many years and have been very lucky to collaborate with them on a shoe design and also to have them as part of my Kings Road Bazaar. Make a unique statement with your boot by wearing the Val snake in Grass. She is also pretty fun in the trippy faux snake leather.

RED WING

Founded by Minnesotan shoe merchant Charles Beckman in 1905, Red Wing started off making strong and reliable footwear suitable for demanding work such as mining, logging and farming. Today, their boots can be seen on the feet of the most discerning style-setters. The Silversmith Women’s Boot 3362 is inspired by the men’s iconic Blacksmith shoe. The pretty much perfect weekend boot that can carry the relaxed weekend vibes into the week. They are in a laid back style that never goes out of fashion.

ESSĒN

A modern alternative to the iconic Chelsea boot, ESSĒN’s New Classic is both sleek and smart. The embossed Italian leather makes them stand out from other designs whist their rubber block sole makes them durable and perfect for day-to-day use. Each boot is ethically handmade by expert artisans in a Portuguese solar-powered factory.

Stutterheim’s unisex Rainwalker shoe is the perfect boot for splashing around in on a rainy day. Based on the timeless Chelsea boot, the contrasting sole makes for in interesting, contemporary look. It is handmade from soft, flexible rubber and moulds the the shape of your foot over time.

These chunky trekkers feature a thick rubber sole, secure laces, and a contrasting logo strip at the back. The waterproof Polyurethane composition also makes these the perfect pair for muddy autumn walks.
