SUMMER DRESSING

With the summer months fast approaching, now is the perfect time to start thinking about your seasonal wardrobe. This spring was the sunniest on record and we can expect to see the trend continue with long days and scorching temperatures ahead of us. With that in mind, we have decided to round up some of our favourite frocks to see you into summer.

The Carly Dress

The iconic Carly dress is one of our most popular styles for good reason. Her soft silhouette is flattering on all body types and her versatility allows her to be worn with the crossover either at the front or the back. She can be dressed down with flats for strolling around all day or paired with heels for partying all night. The dress is available in a wide variety of gorgeous 100% silk fabrics, most recently the #painted print by artist Katy Smail. She is the perfect little number for whiling away long summer days.

The Camilla Dress

Carly’s longer-skirted cousin, the Camilla maxi dress oozes red carpet-glamour. Her two side splits allow you to flash a little leg and help to turn heads as you walk past. As with the Carly, she is super versatile and can be worn with the crossover either at the front or back. The Lola Love Print Camilla has recently been seen gracing the pages of Hello! Magazine in a shoot with the gorgeous Shirley Ballas. We adore her in this dress and hope that you would like to give it a twirl too!

The Shirtdress

One of the newest pieces in our collection, the shirtdress is the ideal solution to long summer days. Simply throw her on in the morning as a dress to see you through the hotter temperatures before adding a pair of jeans as it starts to cool in the evenings. She is really easy to wear and is made of the finest pink paisley Ringhart cotton.

The Flower Child Dress

At Ellie Lines, sustainability is at the heart of what we do. That is why we decided to introduce a zero-waste robe to our collection. The Flower Child dress is made from the last few pieces of fabric in our workshops. This reduces waste and helps to make our planet a happier and more stylish one. She has a v-neckline and tie-up straps, great for throwing on in the morning. The midi length allows her to be both dressed up with heels or worn casually with a pair of boots as in our ‘Aretha Likes to Sing’ campaign. It is loose and free flowing, making it perfect for the warmer months.
